The challenges of International Recruitment do not make the process a simple one but why not talk to the experts and find out how easy it can be for you.

Candidates will have a guaranteed role, be sponsored, have their GSCC Registration organized and paid for as well as benefit from a Relocation Allowance that will pay for initial flights and accommodation.

For Clients the challenges of overseas staff are how to find them, how to get the best from them, how to support them and how to retain them. When you use SWIIS we take care of these challenges for you. We design and geo-target advertising, manage the responses whilst pre-selecting through competency based interview led by your needs and wants, utilize Best Practice approaches to paperwork collation including referencing, an Induction Training Programme to retrain candidates to operate within a UK structure and an ongoing support programme makes for productive, retained candidates.
